THE IMPROVERS SESSIONS:
If you have just started Pilates, then these sessions are for you. They provide a perfect springboard to launch you on your way to learning the original 34 exercises.
You will:
- Learn the crucial moves and techniques
- Strengthen your core
- Re-align your spine and your body
THE CORE SESSIONS
If you exercise or perform a sport regularly, these sessions will help you to optimise your performance, as they focus on developping a strong core.
You will:
- Gain greater endurance in your core muscles
- Gain greater flexibility and stability in your spine
- Develop balance and symmetry in your body
- Learn the secret of firing a canon from a canoe (yes, really...)
THE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Working one-to-one with a Pilates instructor is a powerful way of achieving your total health goals, in your own time. Our Individual Sessions always begin with a complete postural assessment, and a discussion about what your goals are. Lucy will then create a bespoke Pilates program for you, and she will help you to develop your personalised Pilates practice.

The Taster Sessions, one hour class: £9
The Improvers Sessions, course of 6 lessons: £54

Individual Sessions (1 hour): £40
