I think you've probably noticed already, but ... we're in lockdown.  I sincerely hope that you and the people you love are keepin' on keepin' on.  No-one should be pressuring themselves to live the perfect life right now.  Be as patient and as kind as you can manage, and all of this will pass.  Bad times, and good times - nothing stays the same.  That's fair.
